Yes! The work builds on itself, and all three stages may or may not be needed. Some people will complete one of each. For others, The Call will be exactly what they need. My intention is to give you everything you need and nothing you don’t.

Every session I lead is 100% bespoke, and we might draw from one or many methodologies. You can learn more about them here.

My offerings are all available online or in person at a location of our choosing. If done in person, additional travel fees may apply.

Refunds are only available until 48 hours before your booked session.

You can reschedule up to 48 hours before your session if needed. If you have a true emergency, I will try to work with you to reschedule past that point, but I have limited availability so I cannot guarantee it.
