Hugh Milne
I studied under Hugh Milne for many years, as a student in his C1 - C7 courses, assistant teaching in several of these courses and many 1:1 sessions with him. He definitely serves as one of my greatest teachers and I am forever grateful for the countless visionary teachings, shamanic practices and support I gained through my time with him. All of which became foundational to so much of who I am. I did not graduate from the Visionary Program in the traditional sense because nothing I do seems to be traditional, but I did graduate in my own way, on my own terms and got exactly what I needed from his program. I learned the Four Chambered Heart Meditation from him and he learned if from Angeles Arian who I will site next.

Angeles Arraien
After learning the Four Chambered Heart Meditation from Hugh Milne I dove into many of Angeles Arraien’s teachings through nearly all of her books. I had high hopes of taking one of her courses in person but unfortunately she passed away before I was able to. The Four Fold Way dives into the Four Chambered Heart Practice and Four Archetypes I deeply resonate with. Though I never met her in person, I received her transmissions through her wisdom teachings and I return to them again and again.
